Back in our childhood days, we only ate fast food when there were special occasions like birthday celebrations and farewell parties. This is because the price of nutritious food was cheaper compared to fast food, but after we experienced the economic downturn, the price of goods increased, thus the cost to make nutritional meals increased too. Therefore, the fast food confusion starts here.

Firstly, from the perspective of the parents, fast food is considered less nutritious food. They often scold their children because they are interested in eating fast food, compared to full nutritious food. After the economic downturn happened, parents have a reverse opinion about the fast food idea, the price of goods soared and as a result, the price of ingredients to make a full healthy meal increased abruptly. Hence, the heads of the family prefer to buy fast food compared to cooking at home. This is because they believe they can save more money and groceries at the same time. Not only that, a heavy work schedule makes them prefer to order delivery food after a long busy day. They do not have to waste their energy and they can spend quality time with family while waiting for the food to arrive.

Secondly, students' perspectives, especially university students who tend to complain about the food prices in their cafeterias. They said that food prices in the cafeteria are higher compared to fast food. Therefore, students like to order fast food by using delivery compared to going for dine-in in their university’s cafeteria because they can save some money for other emergencies and any uses in the future. As a student myself, even with money constraints, I think we need to eat healthy meals for our physical and cognitive well-being. It is fine to have fast food once in a while, as consuming it every day would affect our health due to the less nutritious ingredients it contained, which make it able to be served quickly; fast food.

Other than that, fast food actually results in poor health issues. Many kids suffer from obesity because they often take fast food and are stubborn to eat healthy meals. This makes their parents worried about their kids' health which may affect their kids' for a lifetime. There are many ways to prevent them from worrying about the issue such as controlling the intake of foods that their children will take or maybe preparing their kids healthy meals but in a creative presentation to

make their kids interested in nutritional meals. Moreover, they also can freeze the food that they already cooked and keep them in the refrigerator to make it easy for them to reheat the food, at the same time they can save their meal costs.

In conclusion, fast food has both sides, the good and the bad sides. Fast food is low in terms of cost and saves time but at the same time, it can affect our body's healthy life span. Thus, let's hope our country will gain economic stability so we can afford to buy healthy ingredients to ensure our health is in excellent condition. As a result, this will enable our country to produce healthy generations to develop the nation.
